Meet The Velusso Team: Quinten Prové
Introducing the first in a series where we take you behind the scenes at Velusso to meet the team who help take your experiences #AboveAndBeyond. For our first post we head over to Belgium to meet with Quinten Prové, General Manager and Barista at Velusso Bruges.
Tell us a short summary about yourself?
My name is Quinten Prové and I work at Velusso Brugge. After graduating as a photographer I started working as a tailor. While working, my interest in coffee grew and shortly I did some barista courses and went on several origin trips. Since I’ve worked at Velusso I started cycling and got more and more into the cycling scene.
How long have you worked at Velusso?
I’ve been working at Velusso since March 2019.
Where is your favourite place to ride in the world?
I’ve only rode two times since I started at Velusso, but I definitely liked riding through the lovely landscapes of the Netherlands.
Dream trip destination?
I would like to go to Japan and discover the Japanese culture, traditions and food.
Favourite part about working and living in Bruges?
Everything is so close by, you can easily take your bike to get from one place to another.
What bike do you own?
I’m still searching for the perfect fit.
The most interesting coffees I drank lately were a washed Ethiopia Wolichu Wachu on espresso, roasted by MOK and an anaerobic Costa Rica on Chemex, roasted by OR COFFEE.
