Velusso Store Bruges x Factor Bikes
This summer saw the latest development of the Velusso Bruges Store in its burgeoning existence, partnering with British bike brand Factor, further enhancing the store’s retail aspect.
Having officially launched on 6th July, coinciding with the celebrations of Brussel’s Tour de France Grand Depart, the Factor pop-up has reintroduced the popular brand to the Belgian public. Already put on the map thanks to AG2R La Mondiale as of 2017, when the French WorldTour team rode the British Factor bikes, further success was soon forthcoming when Romain Bardet won stage 12 of the race – Factor’s first Grand Tour Victory, one of many to come.
The ever-popular Belgian Oliver Naesen also rode a Factor to victory at the Belgian National Road Race Championships in 2017, making for a very successful entry year into the WorldTour for the brand.
Today, Factor’s concise yet impressive range consists of the O2, your typical lightweight climbing bike.
The Vista, capable of taking the adventure off-road and appealing to the growing gravel market.
The One, built for straight line speed and aerodynamic prowess.
And finally the Slick, living up to its name slicing through the wind in time trials and triathlons.
Visitors to the Velusso Store Bruges can see the range up close and personal, understanding the attention to detail that goes into each of these bikes. You can also join the regular weekend Factor rides from the store, often joined by guest riders from the professional scene past and present.
Due to popular demand the Factor pop-up does not currently have an end date. If you’re interested in taking a look at one of the bikes in the Bruges store then just drop by and speak to a member of staff.
